Blue Wave junior gymansts Charlotte Morgan and Morgan Whitehead competed in New Englands on Saturday (3/13) at Jonathan Law High School in Milford. Morgan competed on beam, while Whitehead competed on all four events. Both gymnasts qualified by placing in the top six places at State Opens. Morgan had a season high on beam, scoring a 9.15 and placed 9th, but after ties she was 12th. Whitehead placed second on the bars with a 9.55. This was a great conclusion to a successful season for the Blue Wave Gymnastics program, who were also the state champions this season.
