The gymnastics team had its last home meet and celebrated senior day on Saturday. A big victory over Pomperaug, Nonnewaug, and Fairfield Ludlowe gave cause for celebration. Individual stars include freshmen Katie Southworth and sophomore Charlotte Morgan who performed really well on beam, bars, and floor. Freshmen Kiriko Masek and Katherine Mosher also turned up good performances on bars & floor.Captain, Kaylyn Van Sciver scored 9’s on vault, beam, and floor. Kelly Randall had a career high on beam and Clare Baldwin had a career high on vault. As a whole, the team had an impressive performance.The team advances to FCIACS in Westport on Thursday.
