Last Friday, (9/28) Darien Girls
Volleyball came one game closer to regaining their FCIAC championship title.
The team defeated New Canaan, winning all three games. The first game ended in
a score of 25 to 19. The second
game was a whopping 25 to 10 and the third game ended with a score of 25 to 17.
Senior captains Riley Sousa and Kelly Kosnick (pictured) led the team to its
success both with serves and crucial hits. Seniors Callan Clasby and Lauren
Pryor also helped the team come out on top with both solid passes and hits. Come
see the team take on Harding tomorrow (10/3) in the main gym.
