With this year's racing season starting this month, the ski team is preparing for another successful year. Last season the girls’ team finished second at States following a loss to Staples in Westport. But with strong junior leadership coming from this year’s captains Alex Bair and Lauren Duwan the team expects to post better results.
The team is also getting strong back up from sophomore talent Meg Del Col and Kyle McCoy who have racing experience and should help elevate the team’s competitiveness. Already one race into the season, the skiers have been successful. The boys' team beat Amity and Litchfield. The girls beat Amity.
