Darien Girls Softball is once again FCIAC champions. They beat Westhill on Saturday (5/26). The final score of the game was eight to five. Darien was ready to fight for the win after having lost to Westhill in the regular season. The team worked together to end in a victory. Hitter Erika Osherow scored three runs, seniors Jessica DeMaio and Olivia Gozdz both contributed two hits. And junior Emma Hamilton made crucial catches. Overall the team was very successful this season, and accomplished their goal of repeating and FCIAC title!
