By Julia Clarke

Ridgefield Hockey won 2-1 against Darien High School Boys Ice Hockey team on February 28 at Darien Ice Rink.

Ridgefield shot in the first period with 30 seconds left, making the game 1-0. Quickly, Darien tied up the score with a rebound off of Hudson Pokorny by Brian Zaffino. “Ridgefield shot first, but it gave us some much needed inspiration to tie the game,” junior James Gregory said.
