Darien High School Trumps Norwalk High School

by Marielle Ravosa

Darien High School’s Girls JV Field Hockey Team played against Norwalk High School at six o’clock on Tuesday at Norwalk’s stadium turf (10/16). The girls started off the game with a quick goal from sophomore Julia Russo; sophomore Avery Maley also scored in the beginning of the game. Goalie, sophomore Morgan Spar, played an excellent first half with six saves. Darien won the game with an overall score of 9-0. “The girls did a great job,” sophomore Erinn Ravosa said. They surely continue to play well in the weeks ahead!
Cheer on the girls at 5:30 pm this Friday (10/19) at the DHS stadium turf when they play Stamford High School.
