The Girls Varsity Hockey team played Greenwich on Tuesday
night at 8:00 pm. Senior goalie Shannon Hall completely shut out the Cardinals,
and the Wave added an impressive 6-0 win to their record. Schuyler van de Broek
had a hat trick, and the other three goals were scored at key points in the
game.
“Greenwich did a good job planting their players in front of
their net and blocking shots. Obviously, we were able to get a few past them
but we are looking to work on making quicker passes and want to continue to
improve overall as we head into the next couple games,” said junior Allegra
Molkenthin.
The team will play Fairfield this weekend and is looking forward to the senior day game vs. Wilton on Monday February 10th.
