It seems that a fire scare was all that the Darien boy’s needed to bring down their fire in their game yesterday against Ridgefield. After a 3-1 loss, the boy’s chances in FCIACS are at jeopardy, “We needed to win this one,” senior Marcus D’Iorio said. Not only are the FCIAC chances on the line, but their state rankings as well. The volleyball boys are still recovering from this loss. “We’re not sure what’s going to happen with this,” D’Iorio said. Hopefully they can recover in Wednesday’s game against St. Joseph’s, if not, it’s goodbye FCIACS and hello sprints.
